Mixer seal unit sent in to Robco repair facility.
The product end stationary Silicon carbide seat was chipped out.
Mixer seal shaft required re-machining & polishing on o’ring sealing surfaces.
The rotary high pressure Carbon seal faces required relapping & stationary seat housings to be re-machined & polished on o’ring sealing surfaces.
Mixer seal unit was re-assembled & pressure tested.
Mixer seal unit boxed up for return to customer.
